1. Exclusive Rights
When you purchase a beat with exclusive rights from Marrycal Beats, you gain full ownership of that beat. This means the beat will be removed from our store and will no longer be available for other artists to purchase. As the exclusive owner, you have the right to use the beat in any way you choose, including commercial releases, live performances, and music videos. You are free to modify the beat to suit your creative needs.
2. Unlimited Sales
With the purchase of exclusive rights, you are entitled to unlimited sales of your music. There are no restrictions on the number of copies you can sell or the revenue you can generate from the music created with the purchased beat. This includes physical sales, digital downloads, and streaming revenue.
3. Instant .WAV File Download
After your purchase, you will receive an instant download link for the .WAV file of the beat. The .WAV format provides high-quality, uncompressed audio, ensuring that you have the best possible sound for your project. You will receive the download link via email immediately after your payment is processed, allowing you to start working on your project without delay.
4. Beat Resale by Marrycal Beats
Although you will hold exclusive rights to the beat, Marrycal Beats retains the right to resell the beat to other artists or entities. However, these subsequent sales will be under different licensing terms, such as non-exclusive or lease rights, which do not interfere with your exclusive rights. This means that while other artists may use the beat, your ownership and usage rights remain protected and distinct.
5. Artist Must Credit Producer: “Prod. by Marrycal”
As part of the purchase agreement, the artist is required to credit Marrycal Beats as the producer of the beat. This credit must be included in any distribution of the song, including but not limited to music releases, videos, social media posts, and promotional materials. The credit should be written as “Prod. by Marrycal” and must be clearly visible or audible wherever the music is presented.
Additional Terms
- Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the beat has been downloaded.
- Legal Compliance: The artist is responsible for ensuring that their use of the beat complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Transfer of Rights: The exclusive rights to the beat are non-transferable. You cannot resell or transfer the beat to another artist or entity without written permission from Marrycal Beats.
- Modifications: Any modifications or alterations to the beat must still credit Marrycal Beats as the original producer.
